Assessment is not a competition or a final exam. You won’t “win” anything or get an A+
What we’re actually looking for is what your body does automatically, without thinking about it, because that’s what we’re ultimately trying to change with our workouts.
Move in the way that feels natural to you. You can always change or improve it later.
And remember, if you don’t feel comfortable doing any of these movements, they cause you pain or you’ve got an injury that prevents you from doing them, just skip them. That’s all the information you need.
