How does email support work?

Email Guidelines

You may ask me as many questions as you wish as long as you follow these established guidelines.

  • The email must be listed in bullet point format and each question cannot be longer than 3 sentences.

This process will help you and me be both efficient with our time and help figure out what questions or concerns are the most important to you.

Package A

  • I will respond to your email on Wednesday of each week

Package B

  • I will respond to your email Monday and Wednesday of each week

Package C

  • I will respond to your email Monday Wednesday and Friday of each week

 

When and how Do I get the eBook and cookbook?

The eBook will come with your welcome package after you have provided your email address and have paid for your selected program.

The cookbook will be given to those who purchased package B or C.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for it to arrive.

 

How do the check-ins work?

Packages B and C have the habit based curriculum so there will automatically be several touch points generated by that program throughout the week. All programs have schedule check-ins.

Checkin’s are quick and are meant to review how your workouts and eating habits are coming along. Check-ins are efficient when you have your questions and comments already prepared. Check-ins can be done via phone or video.

How Are The Workouts Delivered?

Workouts are delivered to you via your smartphone or other electronic devices through the Trainerize application. Click HERE to learn more

How are the assessments done?

  1.  Email will be sent with video of exercise and instructions
  2.  Record exercises from behind, front and side would be very beneficial, if not possible do the best you can.
  3.  Send video back to chad@kcfitclub with subject heading “assessment”

How do I set up the consultation?

After you have purchased your program you will receive a link that will show my available times for your 30-minute consultation. The consultation can be performed over the phone or via video. The goal of this conversation is to review your wellness questionnaire answers, provide feedback on your assessment, go over your package details, clarify your goals and any potential barriers.

 

 

What happens at the reevaluation?

The purpose of the reevaluation for you to provide me feedback on your program. This is where I need open communication with things you might be struggling with or things that you might be finding too easy. This is where you can make the decision either to keep the current course of action or change things you feel that could be better. It’s your journey!

  • 15 min reevaluation

  • 20 min reevaluation

 

What if I have food allergies?

That is why I do a very detailed nutritional assessment.  There will be several questions asked about your dietary habits, issues and goals. This allows me to help customize your nutrition plan

* KCFITCLUB recommends lab work for all of KCFITCLUB  and in some cases, this is the missing link for those who have never gotten results.

 

How long does my program last?

It’s strongly recommended that you follow the designed plan for at least  90 days, so you have a chance to see some amazing results.  In some cases you might be at your goal, in other cases you might be almost there, it is totally individual.

 

Who are these programs designed for?

These programs are for those of you just starting out, those working out for years with no results or someone just wanting a different perspective on proper nutrition and program design.  I use the same strategies and principles that have gotten my in-person training clients amazing results. I have prepped people for fitness shows, helped people dramatically lose weight in 12 or helped strength athletes get stronger, faster and leaner.

THIS PROGRAM is NOT for the unmotivated.  It is designed for those who need support but will be coachable, follow directions to the letter and do what needs to be done when called for.  If you feel you need more personal attention and accountability you should become a private training client.   If that is not an option then we would advise you to not do online coaching.
