Overland Park Boot Camp

Boot Camp classes are designed for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Exercises will consist of functional, plyometric, and body weight exercises that can be adapted to your physical ability.  This type of training will help you add lean muscle, lose body fat, increase flexibility and range of motion. If you are looking for both an increase in strength and cardiovascular training, this boot camp is the one for you.

Meet your Overland Park Boot Camp Coach
